Let go of friction and move with the flow of life

When we suppress or stagnate the flow of life, emotions etc or how things are supposed to work out. It mostly results in overwhelm, headache, stress, anxiety etc.

Pressure always mean resistance, where we are not allowing something to take its natural course or not allowing a physical tension to relax. Exerting too much control on life due to fear instead of allowing things to naturally flow and unfold creates stress.

It is always helpful to take the time to deal with emotions by journaling where we can understand the behavioral patterns that trigger negative emotions like stress, anger, anxiety etc.

So by letting go of friction, we can embrace and move with the flow of life
